Store operator and scope

Kyronex operates the storefront at kyronex.lol. References to Kyronex, we, us, and our mean the store operator. References to you mean the visitor, customer, or other user of the store.

These terms apply to browsing, account features, purchases, support communications, and other store functions. Additional terms shown for a particular product, promotion, payment method, or service also apply to that interaction.

Eligibility and authority

You may use the store only if you can form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you use the store for a company or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a minor's use where required by law.

Accurate information and account responsibility

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact, billing, shipping, and order information. If account features are available, you are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account, except to the extent the law provides otherwise. Notify Kyronex promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Products, images, and compatibility

Kyronex takes reasonable care to present product descriptions, images, colors, specifications, and compatibility information accurately. Displays, packaging, and manufacturing updates can cause reasonable differences. Product pages and order confirmations control the specific items included in a purchase.

Review platform, device, connector, size, power, software, and regional requirements before ordering gaming peripherals or setup equipment. Contact Kyronex if material compatibility information is unclear. We may correct errors or update information, but we will not make a material substitution without your agreement where consent is required.

Pricing, taxes, and promotions

Prices, availability, promotions, and product details may change before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other required charges are shown during checkout when available. If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, Kyronex may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected amount as permitted by law.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Kyronex may verify order information and may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as suspected fraud, payment failure, inaccurate information, legal restrictions, product unavailability, or a material listing error.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been captured, the affected amount will be returned to the original payment method as required. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Order processing is normally 3–5 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Shipping availability, charges, and any delivery estimate are presented during checkout or in order communications when available.

Returns and refunds are handled under the posted Kyronex return and refund terms and applicable law. Contact support before sending an item back because the correspondence address may not be the authorized return destination.

Permitted use

You may use the store for personal or legitimate business shopping and information. You may not use it to break the law, infringe rights, submit false or harmful content, distribute malware, scrape or harvest data without permission, bypass access controls, test vulnerabilities without authorization, interfere with store operation, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or resell access to store services.

Intellectual property

The store design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, code, and other content are owned by Kyronex or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the store for its intended purpose. No other license is granted.

Feedback and submissions

If you voluntarily send product feedback, suggestions, reviews, images, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that it is not unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing. You allow Kyronex to use that submission to operate, improve, support, and, where you have agreed, promote the store, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information as general feedback.

Third-party services and links

Store functions may rely on third-party services such as payment, commerce, delivery, media, or analytics providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply to their services. Kyronex is not responsible for an independent third-party website simply because the store links to it, but this does not remove responsibility that law places on Kyronex.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. By using the store, you acknowledge that information will be processed as described there and as needed to provide your requested transaction or service.

Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss caused by your unlawful use of the store, your material breach of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. This provision does not require you to compensate Kyronex for loss caused by Kyronex or for liability that cannot lawfully be shifted to you.

Suspension and termination

Kyronex may suspend or end access to store features when reasonably necessary to protect the store or others, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or respond to a material breach. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory law of your place of residence applies. Before filing a formal claim, you and Kyronex are encouraged to contact one another and attempt a good-faith resolution. Nothing here prevents either party from using a court or remedy available under applicable law.

General terms

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining terms will continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without consent, except where law provides otherwise. Kyronex may transfer these terms as part of a lawful business transaction, subject to applicable rights and notice requirements.

Changes to these terms

Kyronex may update these terms to reflect store, operational, or legal changes. The current version will display its latest update date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms to the extent allowed by law.
